2. Tour Bookings
All tour bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. By making a booking, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your group. Any changes or cancellations to your booking must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
3. Payment
All tour prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and must be paid in full at the time of booking. We accept payment via credit card or PayPal. Your payment is non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in our cancellation policy.
4. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your tour, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time will not be eligible for a refund. In the event that City Lights Tours needs to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
5. Liability
City Lights Tours is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government actions. We are also not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the tour.
6. Code of Conduct
We expect all guests to behave in a respectful and responsible manner during our tours. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive by our guides may result in the termination of the tour without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, and logos, is the property of City Lights Tours and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our website without our written permission.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
